We can supply, install and repair all manner of air conditioning ventilation units and extraction canopies. Our engineers don't charge for mileage, carry an extensive range of spares in their vans, and are able to supply and install second hand equipment, so we can usually provide an effective solution to meet your budget.
We have the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out on Air Con & Vent systems all existing repairs and maintenance in your commercial property, in accordance with current regulations. We also provide reports, and can carry out a full assessment of existing installations.
Plumbing
At Trinco Engineering Services Ltd we have the experience and qualifications to be well equipped to carry out all types of Commercial work, such as plumbing, quickly and efficiently. Aiming at all times to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with our prompt and friendly service.
Water Hygiene
Trinco Engineering Services Ltd have included for the implementation of a water hygiene regime and the engagement of an independent specialist to monitor site activities. This will include the independent analysis of hot water, cold water, shower, monthly hot cold water temperature monitoring on Price Bailey occupants.
All works will be covered by the British Standards codes of practice and additionally the Health and safety Executive guidance notes HSG L8.
Supply of a water hygiene log book is available on site.
